2. Description of Service

AI Soulmate provides an AI-powered platform for English language practice and emotional support. The service includes text and voice chat capabilities with various AI personalities. We use advanced AI models to provide these interactions.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account (via Google SSO) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Soulmate for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassment of the AI, spamming, and attempting to circumvent security measures or usage limits.

5. Safety and Content Policy

AI Soulmate strictly prohibits the use of its service to generate, request, or share content that is illegal or potentially dangerous. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Instructions for illegal activities or building weapons.
• Promotion of self-harm or harm to others.
• Exploitation or endangerment of minors.
• Terrorism or violent extremism.
• Hacking or unauthorized access to systems.

We use automated systems and human review to detect and prevent such behavior. Violations of this policy will result in an immediate and potentially permanent ban of your account.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through third-party providers (Paddle, OxaPay). Subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and technology related to AI Soulmate, including the AI models' configuration and the platform's code, are the property of AI Soulmate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Soulmate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. The AI's responses are generated by a machine and should not be taken as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
